What you'll need:
- 2 large frozen bananas
- 1 cup (or half) chopped fresh pineapple (also frozen)
- Pulp of one Enzed Exotics Kiwano
- 2 tablespoons of agave nectar
EASY KIWANO ICE CREAM
It’s ice cream, but not as you know it! Our Kiwano ice cream is actually a vegan-friendly, plant-powered “nice” cream, made with just fruit and sweetened with a little agave or honey.
What to do:
Put into food processor and allow to thaw slightly. In the meantime mix together the pulp of one Enzed Exotics Kiwano and 2 tablespoons of agave nectar (or sweetener of your choice).
Pulse the fruit in the processor and add the flesh/sweetener slowly.
Process until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
